The Enterprise  Risk Indicator© provides you with an opportunity to share your assessment of risk across the organization. Each Indicator deals with a specific area of the organization. For each Indicator please complete the following 3 steps:

• Step One - Check the box next to any of the statements that you personally believe to be true
• Step Two - Complete the Rating Scale:  Level of Risk, Potential Impact, Level of Capability and Level of Confidence
• Step Three - Add additional written comments

To help you monitor your progress as you work your way through the 13 Indicators  each stage is colour coded:

A White number – Indicators not yet visited

Yellow numbers   – Indicators visited but incomplete

Green numbers    –  Indicators visited and completed 


When you have completed all 13 Indicators press the 'End Survey' button
